Multicultural Development Services Center (MCDS) proudly offers applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to families in The Villages, a unique master-planned community situated in Central Florida. Its history traces back to a mobile home park in the 1970s known as Orange Blossom Gardens, which was officially renamed The Villages in 1992 and has since become one of the nation's top-selling communities.

While widely known as an age-restricted community, The Villages includes designated family subdivisions where children and adolescents under 19 can live permanently. This creates a distinct need for accessible pediatric support services within the community's sprawling layout. For families in these neighborhoods raising a child with autism spectrum disorder, finding convenient and professional support is essential. MCDS recognizes that grandparents are often integral to a child's care system, and our family-focused approach to ABA therapy is designed to include all caregivers in the process.
